Equipment Purchase
The equipment purchasing will be done by Matt and purchase orders will need to be generated and ready to submit to the manufacturer by July 2 2010. This will allow for installation before the 2010/2011 school year begins

Installation
Installation will be completed by qualified district technology staff. This will need to be completed before August 18 2010 in order for lead teacher training on August 20 2010.

Training
Hardware training will be conducted before August 24 2010 for lead teachers. Implementation training will occur on August 24 for the entire department. This is the first teacher in-service day and then continuing at the department meetings.

Evaluation
A Google Docs survey will be generated and posted on the Wiki site before January 17 2011. This is to gauge the effectiveness of the NAS technology and teacher training before the 2nd semester begins. Adjustments can then be made to the professional development from suggestions gathered by the survey.

D. Steering committee:
The committee will meet regularly in person until June 24 2010 which is the scheduled end of school year. Then after that regular contact will be kept through the Wiki and school email. Some members will be going away for vacation however the members needed for purchasing and installation will be available onsite.
E. Communication with Professional Technology Committee: The NAS Technology Committee came together for a meeting after school on June 10 2010 at 2:40pm. An agreement was reached on the schedule of installation as it relates to the district technology staff and professional development.
